What are you guys cooking for the game sat???

Im going with a big pot of Jambalaya and a pot of smoked duck and andouille Gumbo. Maybe some armadillo eggs. depends on how drunk i get.

Got a brisket that will start marinating tomorrow and cook on the grill for about 10 hrs. Will be brisket, tater salad, beans, grilled boudin and whatever else we can think of out by the pool with the game on the 8ft projection screen.

Yeah, economy has hit us pretty hard. I had to give up my season tickets and likely will be at home for ALL the games. It definitely sucks arse, but atleast most of the games will be on TV.

I just live 300 miles away now and cant make it for the same reasons. I have a sweet garage to watch it in so its not all bad.

Cookin a pig in the cajun micro, Jambalaya, salad, baked beans, and rolls. Lots and lots of beer during the day and hitting the Makers Mark at the start of the game. Have the projector lined up and watching from the Tiki bar....

i'm also going with the cajun microwave roasted pig. gonna back it up with buns to make pork sandwiches. maybe some tater salad too.

whipping up some homemade hummus and salsa or guacamole and of course beer beer and more beer.

i can't freaking wait. < 3days
