Any ideas where to stay?
Last time I went was late 60's, I think there will be more places to stay since then LOL

Seriously, I usually drive, stay in Winona. If you're gonna fly, Columbus has a few hotels.

I was looking at the pearl river casino. Looks decent. Its like $98 for Saturday night as well.
ETA: We are looking at driving up and arriving a couple hours before the game, grabbing food a drinks then a little sight seeing walking around. Unsure of where to eat though, or where we would even be able to get a seat at that time.

America's Best, 403 Highway 12, $92/night , walking distance to stadium. Stayed there two years ago. Quality was actually better than expected. Next door to BWW too.

We stayed in Columbus. Not very far away. Got tickets late & everything in Starkeville was filled up.

I actually like Oxford a lot as a resident, but no matter my opinion, Oxford compared to Starkville is not even close in Oxford's favor, I don't give a shite who you are. Starkville fricking sucks.
To whomever said they we're coming to Oxford for the game this year, hit me up and I'll buy you a beer. I also tailgate with some real good people outside of being OM fans. It be nice to have a few more purple and gold shirts in the crowd.
