You're introducing the strawman fallacy in your post: I never said any QB on the roster will be "bad"

Hmmm...yeah, you never said 'bad', but "an unacceptable liability", and "Why is LSU constantly plagued at the most critical position?" might be worse than just saying they are bad.

seriously, after Mett we have basically an average bunch of horses in the stable, and I'm including all recent committments. And the scary thing is, we really haven't seen enough of Mett. And this is, in my opinion, an unacceptable liability to a program such as LSU's, or should be given the $ being paid to *CLM. Were there truly no prospects in the country (or elsewhere) interested in LSU remaining after GK decommited?

Why is LSU constantly plagued at the most critical position? And I'm talking since Tommy Hodson days.

based on the information I have, I can't say they will be good

I never said all prior LSU QBs were bad. Damn, it's really either left or right in the Rant, isn't it?

I'm talking about LSU landing the types of QB of the, e.g., Luck, Barcley, Griffin, and Wilson variety.

How many of them have won national championships, or even played in a BCS title game?

Noone cares if you have 4 QBs that can start right now, becasue if you had 4 QBs that could start right now, 3 would be transferring out. You need a definitive starter who is familiar with playbook, a couple backups who are being groomed, and a RS that is getting familiar with the program. We have that.

One of the best posts I've EVER seen on TD........seriously

OP you are so dumb

Jesus, man...

Are you not able to comprehend your own writing?

How the frick is saying current players are a 'liability to the program', and that we've been 'plagued' at that position for years NOT saying that they are bad?

I mean...FO REAL?

Rummel,

the not having a better vetted stable is the unacceptable liability.

I can shake a pomp pomp with the best of them. But, no, I'd rather not stick my head in the sand, or trust *CLM completely right now given how he "managed" the last game.

This post right here shows what a dumbass you are. You don't trust the coach that went 13-1 while blowing out everyone except the best Bama team of all time? Yet you trust your own judgement about players abilities that you have need seen take a snap. Come on bruh. Miles isn't above reproach but we just had the 3rd best season in Tigers history an yet you want to shite on our qb's. For the last 3 yrs our qb play has been abg at best ad we have won a lot of games. All we need is for a qb to not turn the ball over, we don't need a Manning or Brady.

decided to start another thread in a subtle attempt to bash the LSU coaching staff and got his arse completely handed to him.

you're not as smart as you think you are. perhaps you should just request a ban and start over with a new name because your last two threads have made you look stupid as shite.

Barkley was the only one that was considered a can't miss 5 star prospect. The rest were 4 stars. Jerrard Randall is also a 4 star. just admit that you don't have a clue what kind of QB's we have on our roster and quit starting dumb threads

So, if they were all 5*, then you'd be cool with that?

Because, I mean, we do have 3 4* (Randall, Liggins, and Rivers) depending on what recruiting service you look at...

Yeah, 4* backing up a 5*...shitty vetting indeed.

We don't need a rock star at QB, just someone the coaches trust. We did not have that this year, and still had the most wins ever. If Met and company can deliver smart play, we can beat anyone we play in the next two years.
