Yay. I'll make sure to keep that important home game date open from any conflict...I've always wanted to watch the Chippewas play live in Tiger Stadium

That was the same way I felt when LSU played eastern Michigan a couple years ago

Can we also get the home opener to be at a neutral site?? I prefer my home games to be few and shitty! Thanks!

I'll be sure to tell my pilot to keep the g6 in the hangar that weekend.

I know this game isn't going to excite anyone, but Central Michigan at least has been a steady bowl eligible mid-major the last handful of years.

They just destroyed Kansas last weekend 45-27. They beat a very good Oklahoma State team last season, despite it being a very controversial win. They destroyed Purdue 38-17 back in 2014. They beat Iowa back in 2012. They have been bowl eligible the last 5 seasons.

We have Home and Home set up with Texas, UCLA, and Arizona St. Still pissed we never are going to have that OU home and home.

Wouldn't be surprised if the above 3 end up getting canceled.

I could think of 50 better options

I wonder how much we are paying them

It's still Central Michigan...it's not that these guys are just terrible (cause they can play) it's the appeal of the game...why not say, Michigan or Michigan St?

We are playing @ UCLA in 2021, unlikely you see another power 5 team added then.

The 2012 schedule includes @ UCLA, McNeese State and now Central Michigan. The last game will probably be another mid-major.

I was just mentioning their wins over power 5 teams they've had in the past 5 years. Not many mid-majors can claim 4 wins over power 5 teams the last 6 seasons like they can.

I would rather watch them play Tech, ULL, McNeese, Southeastern, or Tulane.

I'd rather a decent NC home slate but I guess those days are mostly gone.

Yeah I'd much rather Central Michigan over all those teams sans maybe Tech.

Exactly. Play power 5 teams or regional teams. Why search the country far and wide for directional-state schools that nobody here wants to see?
