of the the way they handled this whole Miles situation. Totally classless. Does Miles need to go, maybe so, but I think a school like LSU would show some professionalism. That being said, even though I've always defended Miles I think his inability to develop QB's is what hurts our program. I think Jarret Lee and now Harris would have been good QB's under another coach. Miles refuses to change his game plan, being stubborn to a fault. Now it's costing him his job. Show me any NFL team that wins without a good QB....show me a college team that wins consistantly without one. I think even if Miles gets to stay another year we will see the same ole game plan run, run, run. I think if he stayed and let OC do is his job he'd keep his job.

WTF has LSU done? All they have done is say "no comment" when asked. That's it.

Miles won't relinquish control and has been given enough opportunities to do so.

So he's being shown the door. The leak was put out to soften the blow when he is canned after next week.

Professionalism like not rubbing people's nose in it by getting your buddy to float a story about you so you can get a raise and extension after a season that did not warrant those things? I think the same level of courtesy has been extended.

LSU hasn't done anything. It's been a the media running around with "sources".

His responsibility to get one

Looks like your answer discredited your own premise

While we're at it, I'd like to wish for a round at Augusta National with Arnie, Jack, and Tiger

You are assuming the AD or someone inside has leaked what the media is reporting. If this is true, I would agree. Can't know for sure just yet

No. Miles could bring in Sean Payton to run the offense and it would look the same.

LSU has done nothing wrong up to this point. It's all fabricated whispers and stupid ESPN untruths......which is par for the course with them.

LSU didn't do anything wrong here. This is a big decision that involves a lot of people knowing and it is being leaked out. These people don't have TOP SECRET security clearances and it is a HUGE story. No way to keep it all secret

There's no good way to go about breaking the news to someone that they're fired.

Once you agree it should happen (which you did) nothing else really matters. It's awkward for everyone involved.

"shame"
"fair"
"justice"
"just"

A short list of terms that millennials think really play a part in real life after college and then they find out why the cliche "dog eat dog world" has staying power.
