I remember coaching football years ago in a 1A school and we didn't have a band. Our neighborhood 2A rival did and one year they took their sweet time getting on and off of the field at half. When we came out of the locker room, they were still on the field and we started yelling at their band director to get them off of the field. The clock ran out and WE got the Delay of Game penalty. That was about 30 years ago so I wonder if the rule has been changed.
BTW.. we still won the game lol
