LSU-Ole Miss 2003 on One Hour Football

I rewatched this game last night and it's amazing how much the game has evolved. Ole Miss had the top offense in the conference running a prehistoric pro style set. I feel like defenders were able to be much more physical in the passing game. And the AOL sponsorship graphics on the field
Anyway, it was a great game. LSU was clearly the better team but kept shooting themselves in the foot. What a season!
Enjoy

Yes, and nothing like spotting the opponent 7 points on the first or second play of the game.

Mauck killed us in that one. He threw 3 interceptions, but did have the long TD to Devry.

Who broke up the TD pass that the Ole Miss fans wanted interference on?

That game earned the Black Bears a share of the SEC West title.

It was Travis Daniels if we are thinking of the same play.

How did LSU's look compared to today?

Like a modern pro style. It was Jimbo's offense, similar to what he runs at Florida State now. A mix of I-formation and shotgun 3 wide sets. Lots of shotgun in that game.
