really, posting something like that at me with an LSU name and a Miami icon next to it?

Literally beat both those teams down in the Dome, when they were #1 no less.

I just think the fact that Alabama had to vacate a shite ton of wins, admittedly hired the worst coaches ever and still lead the SEC in everything is proof how far back everyone else was.

Trust me we know...

Alabama landing Nick Saban is nightmare for everyone in the SEC...

Wonder when Tulane [#54] got booted from Louisiana.

Wow. Talk about skewed rationalization.
'shite ton of wins' ?????? No, it wasn't THAT many.
'Admittedly hired the worst coaches ever' ?
Really ? I think even Dubose and Curry and Shula did better than some of the other SEC schools' recent coaches....Goff, Orgeron, Hallman, Archer..

And in total NCAA Div. 1 victories - Alabama is
only 8th all-time at 814. EIGHTH.
USC is only 10th all-time, and LSU is 12th all-time. Not as "far back" as you THOUGHT.......

Alabama has lost 29 wins dude due to the NCAA. 30 Wins is a shite ton. 8 forfeits and 21 vacated for textbooks is a shite ton.

If it was not for that hiccup of a decade known as the 1990s, LSU would have a firm implant on that #2 spot and would probably be 3-4 spots higher than many of the programs ranked above them.

Auburn, Alabama, Tennessee, and UGA have NEVER had a decade as disastrous to a program as the 90s were to LSU

Tennessee has a big lead on LSU in head to head meetings, as well. Other than that 1 National title, LSU doesn't have much on Tennessee, tbh.

LSU has a sizeable advantage in SOS and major bowls, thus their slight lead over UT overall. Head to head doesn't figure into the equation obviously.

UT has more wins than LSU.

UT had easier schedules most years, according to the link, so that helps some.

Pretty sure GA still has more wins, but LSU is catching them quickly.

UG also has more losses and ties, so LSU has a slightly better winning percentage than UG.
