LSU FB Team stayed in BR for the storm

The cafeteria was giving meals out today and all the players were there. My gf is friends with Richard Dixon and he said they were about to have practice.

That really sucks..

i'd be worried about it..my GF (wife now) was friends with Alan Faneca in HS and college and talked to him all the time in the quad, one day i got pissed about it and walked up to him and told him I didn't like him hanging around my GF, let me tell you how that worked out for me..I quickly married her in Vegas, joined the army (surrounded myself with guns), got a tank, and move my arse to Germany to keep her away from that Hulk...so again..good luck

The worst that could happen for most people with a cat1 storm is the loss of power + cleanup, and that is pretty much both negated by staying on campus.

There might have been something to be said if we had gotten hit by cat 3 level winds like it looked a couple of days before the storm, but we didn't/
