Loosing the qb a few years ago set you guys back. I think this is the first year that you will be able to get past that. I have to say I think he has done a good job all in all. I guess teams should role over when that play you guys? I read he has been at LSU longer than any coach you have had in a while. Staying put is a sign of loyality. Specially for fans who want to see him loose so they can be a part of the I told you so's. I saw quality special team play and a good offense in the 1st half. I'd say that he may have scaled it back a bit in the second half so as not to show much for the comming games. D was a little lax but I think part of that is due to Yates. LSU 2010 >>> LSU 2009. UF and LSU in Atlanta.

I'm counting NCs. The OP has a point, but I can't abide Florida fans getting high and mighty when it comes to football. They have been good for exactly 25 years, yet they have the airs of Bammers or Domers. It irritates the sh*t outta me.

they have more 10 win seasons in the past 25 years than LSU has in 115+ years.

Whether you like it or not this is a huge problem with our fan base right now.
It seems to think that we have to go 12-0 and win the national championship every year or we should fire the HC.
If many of our fans are successful and Coach Miles decides to leave LSU how many quality coaches do you think will be jumping at his job!
They are all going to look at his won/lost record and his accomplishments at LSU and say "NO WAY."
Of course we may be able to attract the likes of Houston Nutt.....

So pointing out THE OBVIOUS that our 110th ranked offense sucks and needs to be improved (and no one on this coaching staff seems to have a clue on how to achieve that) means "we can't handle success" or by others, "we are spoiled"..what stupid comments some of you are making..

I know. They're nouveau riche. I'm happy for them for their success, but they didn't invent the game. Many programs - including ours - have enjoyed similar success and been doing so way longer.
