ya? PP interception at a key moment in the game with his foot marks on the field and instant review, still no interception.

If it's any consolation I've never chanted SEC. I'm an LSU fan and cheer for my team.

They've been one of the least penalized teams way before Saban. It definitely helps to have the SEC office in Birmingham loaded with Bama grads and fans.

Keep telling yourself this. Clemson would, at best, be middle of the pack academically in the SEC.
Oh, and it's "we might have joined the SEC." Even LSU grads know 3rd grade English grammar.

Have you ever watched Bama play?

Idk if I should or
Just off the top of my head
Not to mention the awarded Barrett jones and his no call holding onrush about every damn play.

Saban's LSU teams were middle of the pack in penalties.

What's more, at the end of that clip of the cheap shot in the SECCG you can see the ref walk up... he was staring right at it.

and another one - Jefferson speared with Ritter looking on... LINK

I'm not gonna go so far as to say there is a full on conspiracy, because I'm not THAT guy.
HOWEVER, it does seem a tad fishy that LSU got screwed on the scheduling, then somehow gets shafted on their bowl game considering the two SEC teams that got better bowls ahead of them are teams with the same record and teams that LSU beat straight up.
It is what it is, and at the end of the day LSU has yet another double digit win season and will be playing against an explosive team in Clemson. LSU just needs to go out and do what they do...Dominate. Miles has done a great job handling all the ridiculousness from the media concerning the bowl shaft and he will have this team ready to continue Bowl domination (excluding last Jan).

We'll see if the SEC suspends the Alabama player for one game as they did earlier this season to Ole Miss defensive back Trae Elston and South Carolina safety D.J. Swearinger for the type hits. Steve Shaw, SEC Director of Football Officiating (and Bama grad) already ruled a missed call but stopped short of calling it a suspendable hit.

He'll be suspended, for Kentucky next year.

Not sure how I feel about these types of hits. If you don't want to get clobbered, don't pursue the play OR realize you're on a football field and understand you are responsible for protecting yourself.
As the QB, either go make a play after your turnover, or stay out of it. Can't expect to walk/run towards the play and have the other team allow you to do so untouched.
Keep your head on a swivel.

Y'all might've joined sec????
Had we wanted to I'm sure we could of. Y'all were expanding and Clemson was coming off of a great 10 win season and a good decade.
Meanwhile, the SC team y'all took had been dominated by us at the time, and had never win a bowl game at the time.

Murray was not pursuing the play. The hit was made with bad intensions. See the reply in a post above.

Even still, cheap hit or not, Murray has to be more aware and understand if the play is live, he runs the risk of getting smashed. Not defending the bama player, but you have to be responsible for yourself while you're on a football field.

LSU fans should of never chanted this in the first place. Can you really get yourself to chant for Auburn/Alabama/etc?

The issue wasn't the cheap shot, it's the fact that he lead with his helmet, helmet to helmet, ref right there and not making the call.
