Wow, that's worse than I originally thought. Does this do anything to the Ole Miss series? (It is scheduled to be at home, right?)

Looks like the padding on the baseball fence came loose from the actual fence. I'm sure it will be ready for tomorrow.

The soccer field took a beating though.

Looks like it will only be a temporary fix if it is ready for tomorrow

quote:

"We've got a crew out there trying to come up with a tem-porary way to fix it for this weekend," Mainieri said. "The winds damaged the structure underneath the ground and they're going to have to do some significant repair. But they think they can rig it in a way that it's safe enough to play and won't affect the games this weekend."

The big problem is going to be the lights

quote:

As of noon Thursday, the light tower in right-center field was not working. Mainieri said electrical crews were going to check the wiring to see if there was a quick solu-tion. If the lights are not imme-diately fixable, the LSU coach said he and university officials would assess how vision on the field is affected tonight when the rest of the lights are turned on.

Doesn't appear that the bleachers were fastened down very good.

I see a ticket price hike in the near future to cover the damages

i am sure it happens to other teams as well, but it seems that everytime I turn around, LSU has damages to some part of their facilities.
