I’d rather not schedule top 5 teams with our schedule being as tough as it is. I really don’t think we beat Clemson most days.

By the time this game gets played, and given the cyclical nature of college football, odds are Clemson won’t be the top 5 program they are today. Nevertheless, it’s always great to play new opponents in new places.

Do it. Cotton bowl. Georgia Dome. Superdome. One of these places.

Clemson stole the last bowl with LSU. Clemson robbed ND at home 2014. Just keep feeding parasites like Clemson.

Why not reschedule Oklahoma one and one? answer? you know what shite is running LSU's decision making currently.

In the 70’s, I got to see Oregon, Oregon St, Indiana, Wake Forest, Florida State, Notre Dame, Nebraska and USC in Tiger Stadium. They weren’t all great, but it was better than seeing Sunbelt and Southland schools.

Hearing the LSU and Clemson bands playing Tiger Rag after every score would be kinda weird, even though they are different versions of the same tune.

This is the smart move considering LSU is one of those teams that MUST win the SEC in order to make the playoff. Playing teams like Clemson only potentially puts another L in the loss column eliminating us quicker at the end of the year.

Knowing LSU's luck, we would win the SEC with two losses (one to Clemson and one to like AU, UF, or Bama) then sit at home while a one loss Non-SEC champ Bama goes to the playoff and wins it.

I’m fine with a home and home with them or even a neutral site in ATL with Clemson.

frick this mentality. It’s a game. It’s supposed to be fun. It’s fun to play other good and big football programs. It isn’t fun if we beat the hell out of ULM and Southeastern. I’d be in favor of an all power 5 schedule. That’d be a huge shot in the arm for College Football
