I am exhausted with all the negativity centered around Miles, Crowton, and Jefferson. Change the subject. What is the word about BB practice? I haven't seen any news lately. Are the new freshmen making an impact?

Link me to an article, beside Ky, where a freshman made an impact.......u bring five point guards to the team that were all stars in hs and expect them to be a team in the SEC in their 1st year......ain't gonna happen.......

For this team to have a chance to be decent in the SEC we're going to need to see Stringer come in and make a decent impact, Dotson to improve A LOT and Harris to continue getting better.

Besides KY, who will be the best teams in the SEC this year?

I agree! Probably wishful thinking, but several of this year's freshmen, like Stringer and Derenbecker are sharpshooters. One thing lacking with last year's team was accuracy.

LSU was really young last year. In fact there are no seniors on this year's team. With Johnson coaching, everyone should be better. White should make a difference down low. I am optimistic for this year and next. I see the team this year winning over 50% of their games and next year being in the top 3 in the SEC with another trip back to the NCAA tourney.

If we can't win more than 50% of our games with our OOC we might as well not look forward to a tourney appearance for a while.

How about Andrew Del Piero? At 7'2", if he has any athleticism at all, we can put him under the basket and have him just stand there with his arms outstretched. He must be strong. He carries a tuba around for hours for the band.

My analysis is conservative. I really think we have a chance to win 75% of our games this year which would be great, especially if we win 60% of our SEC games. I think this team will be fun to watch.

The SEC west is very weak and I think the subtraction of Bo Spencer is a huge addition. I am really excited to see this good recruiting class get some real PT.

I am not looking for a good year, Trent lost his best recruit to grades and classes taken.

Forgot about him.

From what I've seen, Stringer can hit from the point pretty well, but do we have any other shooters this year?

We may lose 1 OOC game. Memphis. You obviously looked at the schedule but who else will beat us?

It is so nice to talk about a LSU team with a good coach.

A few teams could, but we should beat them all. Even Memphis arent what they used to be. Their talent has dropped off severely. They didnt even win C-USA last year.
