This is a very good team. People are skeptical not of the team but to not get hurt again. Look across the big 3 sports since 2009 and it's a lot of potential not much hardware. Obviously LSU is top athletic program but results have not aligned with expectations, fair or not.

You are missing the point of the current Ebola-like socialist PC correct Un-American leftist surrenderist douche baggery that infects this nation right now.....
You see, LSU is TOO GOOD. and is TOO SUCCESSFUL!! Therefore, by the current mindset, and the current government, they should be penalized and forced to give some of their talent and treasure away to those programs that have not been as successful.... It's only fair after all, isn't it? We as LSU alums and fans should have to pay reparations to the poor downtrodden baseball programs across the country for our guilty years of Purple and Gold Privelege!!

IMHO one of the reasons LSU baseball is so good is because we care about baseball here and much more than anyone else.
And when you care, you have fanatics and folks with misguided passions and emotional responses.
Be glad we have that. With the exception of maybe 5-10 other schools in the country, nobody else gives a shite about baseball. You could be a fan of one of those schools and you would not have to put up with all the baseball discussion (good and bad) you do here.
