Peterson looks shaken before that walk off run. I knew right then that’s it.

I still wish Peterson was set up guy and Hess was closer.

But that's long gone.

He needs to toughen up and quit acting like a front runner and giving in to batters.

Yes the hbp was a bad break, but you fight through it. We didn't fight at all.

Smith HAS TO make sure he gets that out at 2nd.

I hope he learned from it.

So you're telling me you definitively saw that Josh Smith didn't slide his foot over the top of the bag? You're telling me that everybody saw that? Because there was Zero definitive evidence that he didn't slide his foot over the top of the bag.

You got that and the no review on the hit by pitch which clearly was not a hit by pitch yet they reviewed every play after that.

They should never play Texas again. That's like playing Alabama in the SEC. Why do you think A&M left a big 12?

I don't know how the manager's request reviews.

If Paul didn't request a review there and he could have then yes it is on him.. and it's absurd if he didn't.

It was highly worth it at that point.

You notice that Texas didn't pop the ball up or strike out with runners in scoring position. LSU REFUSED to produce when they had the bases loaded. Their approach at the plate is pathetic with their swing at the first pitch and always put yourself behind in the count attitude.

That game was a heartbreaker

A lot of fun all the same, glad I got to make it out. Most of the Texas fans were pretty good sports I’d like to meet them again in Omaha
