Success in the option against McNeese is a red-effin'-herring. We should be trying different things. Not belittling MSU, but this should be little more than a scrimmage.

Why doesn't LSU run the option with Jarret Lee? There is no way he runs it worse than JJ does.

JJ was ducking from the hit, so he backed up and screwed up the pitch relationship. He basically pitched it to the tailback who was only 2-3 yards away from him. Impossible to catch that.
