Nobody can really believe a guy with O's experience on some of the best staffs ever assembled doesn't know "X's and O's". Get real people.

Who ever that was is not very observant; O has an excellent record coaching top defensive linemen.

So Arledge meets with O yesterday and then trashes him the same day? Get real. Plus the syntax is off completely for him. It wasn't WM.

You are right, it's probably some coach with the red arse because he feels all his players should be getting their arse kissed by LSU and they are not.

I'm amending my guess to Newman (Sorry Fed).

There has to be some low level assistant named Xavier that goes by X somewhere in the country.. Let's find him and hire him

No more talk of lack of Xs and Os at LSU.

Regardless Orgeron has the best minds in the country as assistants (dependent on OC), what else can a La Hs coach ask for.

I agree, many coaches in our area, North Central and NELA, have lots of ties to Coach O, especially in connections from his time at Northwestern. All of the big school coaches I know of in this area are big fans of his. So anyone thinking this area is likely misguided. You are however possibly right in your guess, sadly it sounds about right

It doesn't matter. It's anonymous. Very interesting comments from a variety of coaches who most likely will control CEO future with Lsu.

It was very well known that West Monroe players at LSU in the 1990s were less than impressed with the coaches and strength and conditioning program at LSU.

While I was a little surprised Lsu pulled the string so fast in hiring Orgeron, I must say he deserves a shot. He will recruit as well as Miles and players love him just as they did Miles so nothing lost there. However, I think Orgeron will let his coaches coach. I always thought Les had the most class of any coach in the conference but I think he was slightly stubborn. Orgeron deserves at least 2 years to make changes the way he sees fit and that takes a little time.

He doesn't understand "Yaw Yaw". It would be a waste of time if you don't understand the language.
