Yep. That's why the Jimmy Johnsons and Pete Carroll's of the world like to have him on their staff and you are coaching some private school full of little white kids. fricking dumbass people. Coach O has worked with some of the greatest coaches ever in college football and that includes the assistants that were on the same staff as him over the years.

I can't imagine Les was a major X and O attraction to HS coaches.
For the sake of optics, O needs to show some substance. Exchange the one heartbeat slogan for actual values, and then display actual X and O horsepower when it counts.

These are High School coaches commenting. Who gives a frick? And if you do give a frick keep in mind that a good coach with class that wants to get better would NEVER say anything that negative about a proven college coach.

Well, Some of these high school coaches does have some influence on these potential recruits. I think it's important to build a strong reputation and network with these Coach because they are pretty much a gatekeeper to these kids
