such a beautiful, paradoxical, quintessential Miles drive that was--12 straight runs for 90 of the 95 yards and thenTD pass to a Secret Weapon, who'd never caught a pass before. I know, we all saw, but just had to type it out and savor.

Holtz picked LSU pre-game, then picked against them at halftime. Coach Lou is always right.

The concept isn't wrong. How often do teams finish -4 on the turnover battle and win?

Huge props to the defense tonight. Completely the reason we won the game.

also for the record.. Holtz picked LSU, May picked Ole Miss.

His comments pissed me off because without the turnovers, LSU would have went into halftime with the lead. Ole piss was lucky

I think that is why he was down us to win the game.

We threw away at 10 pts if not 17...in the first half

plus Mills has to make that INT..they scored their TD on the next play

That's what is so retarded about those two shite stains. They both changed their pick at halftime. It's so bad that those two are the analysts we have to suffer through.

They both said they expected Les to find a way to win right before they kicked it back to the crew at the game.

After watching the first half, Mark would have been a fool not to change his mind.

If not for the 4 fricking turn overs, we win this game fairly easy.

Lou Holths also said there was no way FSU could beat ND. He said ND was a better team in every aspect. That they game wouldn't even be close.

Hoeffs is an idiot!!

He makes comments based on what he hopes happens, not on actual football analysis.

I like Holtz, I think he's funny as hell. He actually resembles Miles in that its never completely clear if he's playing the fool. (Although in Miles case I'm pretty sure he's in on the joke.)

Ol' Lou goes to same church as I do and get the chance to talk with him fairly often after Mass.....He really does know his football & likes LSU/Miles a great deal & he;a a really good guy. Not pretentious or anything like that. It's sports entertainment, especially on ESPN & he/May/Edwards are all playing a part to get us to react, comment & get fired up......they do it well.
