One of his fans here claims that the Lou Holtz tv persona is all an act. But when he continuously comes out with BS like this, it's obvious Lou is Lou is Lou. With all the up and coming broadcasters out there, how do old timers ( I am 60) like Mushhhburger & Holtz stay employed?

I never have thought highly of Holtz's knowledge of college football even though he was all on board the 2011 Tigers. Overall, Mark May puts him to sleep!

Lou Holtz coached at Notre Dame. He's at ESPN for life. The only his job would be more secure would be if he played for the Cowboys.
