Buddy Songy 3 hour show is unbelievably bad!...for 3 hours you get about 30 of LSU/Saints sports talk, about 20 or so minutes of him talking to his sponsors about LSU/Saints...and the rest of his time plugging his sponsors..

I swear the guy does the job just to get the free food, golf and condo's...

I used to listen to Songy during my lunch break at work. And during my hour break, I probably heard a good 15 minutes of actual LSU football talk or some kind of sports related stuff. And you're right, the rest of the time he's plugging his sponsors, having them call in about a new HDTV deal, etc.. it's aggravating... that's why I stopped listening.

You get more sponsor talk then sports talk.

I do feel all of these guys have great passion
Buddy only has a passion to eat, golf, stay at the beach and to hear HIMSELF talk!

cant say i fault the guy...he gets his all the above mentioned for free or at a substantial discount...and he calls it LSU sports talk..

Does it bother anyone else how much Buddy goes out of his way to make himself sound like a hardass for playing golf and cutting his grass?
"The football team practiced today with the high around 98 degrees...I have to say Scotty I know what thats like after hititng the golf ball yesterday, and the day before I had to cut the yard."
He wants to sound athletic and relate to the football team so damn bad, but he is trying way too hard.
