Sports Hangover needs to switch to the 3-6 time slot and move Kaare Johnson. I would think this time slot would be the money slot but it is crap. You got Deke and Bobby talking 15 minutes out of the hour about Saints on 870, Condon is a joke and a waste of air time on 1210, moscona (sp) is ok on 104.5 but he repeats the same info over and over again. By the way, I commute from NO to BR every day so I get to hear how bad both cities sports radio are. The morning has one local option and that is Jordy and he is the biggest homer out there.

It seems like Baton Rouge would have better options when it comes to sports talk radio.

I think Mascona and Jordy are in a league of their own. I really like Ott and he knows his stuff, he just needs to be a little more professional. Him coughing up lung butter on air is not very attractive, but he is 2nd to the two guys I mentioned. I actually think Rosco is a plus to Otts show. Rosco knows his stuff when it comes to college football and he appears to know other stuff. The times ive listened since he has been on more regular, I have actually enjoyed it more.

Buddy is horrible. He didnt even like to talk Saints but he did jump the bandwagon later last year and know talks about it, but his callers or horrible, he is the biggest homer and the entertainment he tries to add to the show is just awful. I leave it on 1210 until 3PM but ive recently turned it off when Buddy comes on because its that bad.

Condon, I use to like him, but he rambles about the same BS. His show was better with Matt on it, but since Matt has his own show I listen to it.

If Ott would change his format up a little and Buddy was replaced with a more diverse, more informative, less homer person BR radio would be pretty good, but the quality in BR is held down by Buddy himself and then Ott\'s format.

He is informative and appears to have made great relationships with others which allows him to get some pretty good guest. I always judge a show by who they can get on and Matt and Jordy by far have the best guest.

Prolly when he is at Monjuni's. Haven't listened to those shows in a loong time, but I remember the venues. Oh yeah and eating Popeye's chicken at Team Toyota on O'Neal. Horrible stuff. But what can we expect?

On the topic, do these morons that call in to every single show have a job? I only listen intermittently (commuting or going out to work) and pretty much every day, every show on 1210, you got the same list: Fish, Gary, MFP (although it appears they don't take his calls all the time) and a couple of others. They are even worse than the hosts, if that's possible.

Yeah I happened to turn it on about 1:00 yesterday driving across the causeway and he was talking to the owner of TJ Ribs. After about 20 mins of how many racks of ribs he puts down and do they still do the UFC stuff over there I had to change it. But like a dumbass I went back about 15 mins later and he STILL has this SOB on there talking about how Herman Johnson always has to stop by and get his ribs when he is in town and college kids love to work there...I just turned off the radio after that..
