He has millions in the bank.

You have to really love football to put in the work to be a NFL QB.

No shite. Go to Bama if you are so proud of it. The offer was there.

I mean, at this point would anybody really be shocked to turn on sportscenter one morning and find that JR up and blew his brains out.

While everyone likes to bash him ( with good cause) it seems that his uncle's death affected him more than anyone could have imagined.

If JR was white, he would be an icon in this state even with his personal situation right now.

The kid never got in trouble here, gave his best on the field, put up ridiculous numbers, won a bcs bowl, and to my knowledge has never said a negative thing about LSU, and you guys seem to take joy in his personal struggles.

In my opinion, when brothas are done running, jumping, and being an athlete for our beloved LSU, a lot of our fans seem to enjoy bashing them.

I truly hope recruits don't read this junk or it would do the program a big disservice.

nah. I think race plays a part in some of the flack he catches, but he'd need at least an SEC championship - and likely an NC - to really be widely revered in spite of his issues.

Highly doubt a great number of Washington St. fans hate Leaf.

There will be folk who deny it but right or wrong, I think there is some truth to his assertions.

Poor example with Ryan Leaf. Wazzu fans would give their left nut to have him back to relive their glory days.

I really don't understand why people on this board would try to deny this.

Not at all. Always wanted him to do well. His laziness is embarrassing I don't care if he was orange.

Because when blacks cry about stuff like this, the underlying notion is that it's an outrage.

GTFO with this shite.

We are saddened and annoyed that a former LSU Tiger is pissing and wasting his life and talent away. He is not even trying.

I'm not really sweating it. He's earned millions in a short period of time. If he wants to fall back on that, that's his choice. If he blows his money, that's his fault and he nor anyone else can blame society for that.

Garbage Can. No self discipline. Most inacurate passer in the history of LSU, but could have improved that with alot of work. He pisses me off. Now, do you really want to know how I feel. The race card is bullshite.

Is anyone really surprise at this. "Bama Boy"...Since that interview at the MNC when he wore that "Bama Boy" bling, I dropped all interest in JR. Regardless what he did for LSU, him showing up at that game representing LSU with that Bama shite put this guy on my "I could care less" list instantly.

Please, let us never hear from this guy again.
