Moffit was on the radio last night talking about the difference in practice schedules. He said under Miles they may have two guys hit 20mph they now have about 15 guys do it per game. He attributed it to fresh legs from less practice.

He also said Donte Jackson would beat Chark 9 out of 10 times in a race (60 Yards) but it would be pretty close.

Is it really that hard to watch video in real time and measure distance/time? The field is marked every 3 feet.

ETA: i guess when you're talking tenths of a second though, I can see how that would be sensitive to shitty tracking methods.

That means he would run a 9.77 100 meter...that is assuming he keeps the same speed throughout and not taking into account the start

Not doubting you, but do you have a link or anything? The fastest anyone ran in the NFL last year was 22.6.

Barret Jones was on xm on Saturday on my way to br. He talked about how bama works harder than anyone and talked about how saban has them practice in pads 4 times a week.

I know everyone likes to pile on Les rt now. And maybe his old school methods weren't working anymore, but don't act like other coaches don't work their players and get results.

Maybe someone should ask Moffitt why some of his guys perform so poorly at the combine, you know after the players have had weeks off from football and should be refreshed.
