He doesn't have to do anything to him personally to develop the opinion that Saban is an a-hole. The depth of evidence supporting the notion that he is, in fact, an a-hole grows each passing year.
Just because that information is not veridical, that doesn't make it any less accurate.
For example, I've heard from lots of folks that Pluto (not unlike Saban) is cold, dark and inhospitable. Having never been to Pluto myself does not detract from the validity of the information.
