Mmkay. Anyone wanna take bets on how fricking bad AJ will have to play to find the bench? This is the strange part to me. If your starter is bad and you're telling us that in practice, you don't see much separation, then WTF over? Give the other guy a shot. And hey, the SAME shot you give the fricker who stank for 13 games!!!

This makes sense to you because you don't see practice. The coaches do. They have a much better feel for who will be the better QB.

I personally don't think there is anything you can take from Miles' comments. I think they are worthless. But, if you ignore that and want to take something from them it is that Harris has NOT yet raised his play above Jennings. That's the issue. That could be what Miles is talking about when he references separation.

The worst case scenario is what you suggested...that we have two QBs that kind of suck and you are just putting one in over the other and hoping for a different result.

Keep sipping that Saban cool-aid... Just do it somewhere else.

It's like you haven't watched football, or even looked at team rosters for the past 5 years

Book marked to review at the end of next season. I hope you are right, and it is a stupid comment. But I remember how CLM was attached to JJ

Lee wasn't Joe Montana like some people like to remember him. They were both below average to average QBs

The season hasn't started. We have no idea how much one will play vs the other. And no, last season has no bearing on this season.

The last qb to start as early as Harris did in his career at qb was Jamie Howard. That was over 20 years ago.

Jennings played poorly and was pulled. Then Harris played worse and was benched.

What do you do at that point other than put in the guy who can best orchestrate the ground game and pound the rock 50+ times a game?

Quite possibly the best one sentence analysis in the history of The Rant.

That sentence is great of youre ignorant. Only a dumbass would be looking forward to getting rid of the most successful coach in lsu history.
We've finished in the top 15 7 times in 10 years.

Did anybody really think BH was going to be announced the starter at this point?

I do not expect Harris to play any more in '15 than he did in '14.

This board will never get Miles. Root for Jennings and he will start Harris. He is stubborn to the fans will, because he gets paid to make decisions independently.

With METT,,,YES.. With AJ... Not sure what you call it.. But it must be something he has trouble grasping.....

We ran a pro style offense with AJ, he just didnt execute. Offensively, cfb is about execution., not about coming up with new and innovative plays. Coaches dont have the time during practice ( 20 hrs a week) to implement new and innovative plays. Hell oregon run the same play over half the time, they just execute it very well.

Jordan Jefferson sucked his entire career

JJ started just over 2 years worth of games and he had 2 seasons with a qb rating higher than flynn had in 2007. So if you say JJ sucked every year , then youre saying Flynn sucked in 2009.

LSU is a top 15 alltime program. you dont put up these accomplishments at a top 15 alltime program and suck your entire career.
Jordan Jefferson's Accomplishments at LSU
quote:

Ranks fifth for career wins by a starting quarterback at LSU with 24 ... Tied for fifth in LSU history for career TD passes with 34, equaling Jamie Howard (1992-95) ... Is sixth in LSU history in career passing yards (4,733), sixth in completion percentage (58.7), sixth in career completions (398) and sixth in attempts (678) ... Accounted for 46 TDs during his career - 34 passing, 12 rushing ... Rushed for 1,018 yards and 12 touchdowns during his LSU career ... The 1,018 rushing yards ranks first among quarterbacks in school history and the 12 rushing TDs is fifth by a QB ... Holds the LSU single-season rushing record for a quarterback with 450 yards during the 2010 season.

What was LSU ranked in passing offense during JJ's years? I seem to recall that we were in the bottom 20% of all CFB teams.

Maybe in total passing because we dont run a ton of plays. We were in 55th and 47th in yards per attempt.
