You can't discredit everything he's done based off one game. Had it not been for the remarkable season they had last year, never would've had the opportunity to play for the title. Saban isn't here. He isn't coming back. Please name another coach besides him that will step in and accomplish the same things he has done. Miles is a damn good coach. Mett hits a wide open WR or Reid doesn't let Hopkins run past him and we aren't having this conversation.

Um dinardo did save lsu. Lsu never gets Saban without dinardo. He turned the program around.
If he couldn't get US to next level and stunk elsewhere doesn't matter, but you're an idiot if you don't realize how big dinardo was to lsu

well coming from an Oklahoma fan its no wonder you would defend someone bragging about regular season stats considering how many times Stoops has shite the bed when it counts in bowl games

but!but!but! we win at least 10 games a year!!!

why the name calling? when did I ever say DiNardo wasn't big for LSU? I mocked the people who act as if he is the reason for LSU being where they are today. DiNardo did a good job in his first few years, but then completely fell apart and was a joke in his final two years. there is a reason why no one else in the country wanted him and he ended up in the XFL. then he went on to have a wonderful career at Indiana posting up a 8-27 record.

I think most people are still too insecure and bitter about Saban to give him the credit he deserves.

I think you are just another creepy poster with an obsession for Saban.

Is Saban better than Miles? Yes.

Run along.

I'm glad I'm not the only person on TD that thinks the way you do about Leslie! That Yankee doesn't deserve the job he has! I get blasted for about five pages! He'll never win a MNC without Saban's players!

while I agree they should have ran the ball AT LEAST ONCE

Here is the WHOLE KEY. LSU would have dominated Clemson had Les run the ball more. He tried to get too fancy.

And? Now do Sabans while at LSU with Dinardos recruits and his own.

How about we do Saban's National Championships with his recruits?

We should wait another week though, because the number will increase.

so if LSU had ran the ball more they would have gotten at least another 300+ yards of offense or so? considering that LSU had 219 yards and Clemson had 445 yards LSU would have needed at least 550+ yards to have "dominated" them and put them up by at least 100 yards. hell they would have needed 230 yards just to be even with them! absolutely noway in hell that would have happened just by running the ball up the middle more

Well that went way over your head. Lsu running the ball more would have kept the Clemson o off the field. They had a ton off success running the ball.

regardless Miles has been one of the worst coaches in the country over the last 4 years in bowl games. that counts more than him beating up on your Towson's and Tulane's.
