FWIW I hate your description. I had to click the link to fully understand the quotes.

You couldn't put is not well thought of according to other SEC coaches? Somewhere.

Unless Nick Saban said this, Miles has been more successful than this coach. So id like to ask that coach how it feels having such a limited coach be beter than him.

I'm pretty sure said scout is talking about recent LSU teams & not 10 fricking years ago. Even putting the standard at 10 wins is still a disappointment considering we lose to teams not nearly as talented year in and year out. 9 or 10 wins, you're in the same worthless tier. That was his point which was rather clear.

Based on reading your football posts for a few years I'm shocked you're pro-Miles.

I'm not an extreme Les hater by any stretch, but for the love of God can we please just get some more balance and creativity this season? Some mismatches on the other teams' linebackers? Some TE action? I really don't want to waste this year's talent.

Ikr.. Need to coach it better and have trust in the players. Need to have the players confident. I think with experience this comes.

Miles will open it up when he has a veteran QB. He's shown that from time to time..

LSU finally has 2 upperclassmen QB's, both with starting NCAA experience I believe.

What? Where? Did you miss fsu having 3 losses? Outside of bama no sec program is as consistent as lsu

It's funny that the only way to disprove that statement is to take it 100% literal. When the guy even says "about 9 wins".

That's because the statement is incorrect, and easily disproved.

2005 11-2
2006 11-2
2007 12-2
2008 8-5
2009 9-4
2010 11-2
2011 13-1
2012 10-3
2013 10-3
2014 8-5
2015 10-3*

About 9 wins is clearly not the ceiling for this offense. About 9 wins is not even the average, much less the ceiling.

Auburn and texas a&m recruit just as well as lsu has over the last 4 years.
This notion that lsu is so mucb more talented than everyone except bama is just utter bullshite. The last 2 years we have been extremely young and inexperienced. In 2014 none of our skill position players had more than 1 game started. Our offense was filled with true freshman. Thats why we return so many players this year. Then take into account that in the last 5 years no program has been gutted by the draft like lsu players. Before the 2016 draft class lsu had lost 21 draftable juniors to the nfl in the last 4 years.bama was the closest program with 12 juniors.

Let me ask you this, when he says "this offense", do you take it to include the years of say, 2005-2007?

So youre under the assumption that all this talent just keeps coming to lsu after Miles leaves?

I am referencing within conference. Les can't run ground and pound at Alabama and they know it. Hell Arkansas even beat us at our own game the last two years. And the only thing that we've been consistent at is being mediocre when it comes to November.

Besides Bama....there isn't a single team in the SEC with a winning record against LSU over the last 11 seasons.
