Les Miles comments on Jennings

This isn't a who should start thread. It's a how can Les Miles possibly just look the other way from what happened thread. Legally I can see and understand how Jennings gets off without much of a punishment, however football players should be held to a higher standing than other students. HES THE QUARTERBACK and he led other players DRESSED IN LSU GEAR to the very risky situation.
Here's the comments:
"Miles said Monday on ESPN’s “College Football Live” that Jennings’ arrest will have a “positive” end.
“We anticipate there will be a very positive outcome there with Anthony Jennings, and we expect there to be competition (at QB),” he said."
1. How can he possibly say it will result in a positive outcome with Jennings? Is 9-4 ceiling positive?
2. Harris is working his arse off and now Jennings gets to waltz in and take LSU back to the bottom of the west?
3. Honestly how can ANY competent coach strut Jennings out there as the starter of his team after June events.
I'm sorry but if he still lets Jennings ruin a potential championship because of hard headed ess then it's time for him to go

It's simple. harris runs the plays called OR checks to the correct call as coached he wins starting job. If he hasn't learned that yet then he won't.

That could be. It's just so infuriating because if Harris is announced the starter for Mcneese I know the fan base will be estatic for the season.

Honestly I really respect AJ. Even with all the hate from fans last year he kept a pretty cool head, and worked his butt off trying to get better. Now whether or not he can get any better is an entirely different question, but everyone should really lay off the guy. He may not be our guy, but it ain't for lack of trying.

Right, he just means AJ will be back with the team competing. Nowhere did he say anything remotely close to him being the starter. BH will start the opener and if he plays up to his potential he will remain the starter
