I hope so but they are going to come at him like gangbusters. That's what I would do if I was the UO DC. He going to have to be strong. My prayers are with him.

If lsu protects him with the running game and manages his throws and don't have him run the option he may do alright. I just have to see him under pressure before i can get onboard the lee train.

Yeah. They were talking about this on 750 the game. Anthony "Q" Newman is a commentator (ex Duck NFL player that is a major honk mind you) and said he watched film on J. LEE. He said he was a horrible passer. That we were going to send the house (in fact, he said the vacation home while you're at it) and load up the box.

Since he was very good db in the NFL, I am wondering why he thinks JL is such a horrible passer? What is the kid's deal? He had to be highly regarded to go to LSU. Has it been a thing between the ears?

I am honestly curious.

He throws off his back foot when he gets rattled.

Watch film of 2008 Lee, 2009 Lee against Louisiana Tech and then 2010 Lee against Auburn and stretches of the Tennessee game. Alot of threads on here are saying he's amazing but they have agendas, watching his play from an independent perspective and see how in some ways he still has the bad habits he displayed as a redshirt freshman.

He was a 4 star from Brenham TX. They started him as a RS frosh and he got the shite kicked out of him and through 16 picks 7 were pick6's. His confidence was shot. They played JJ as a true frosh the last 2 games of '08. Lee has been a backup eversince. Sad story.

The General will get it done as a game manager, Lee has been waiting for his redemption for 3 long seasons and don't think he won't raise the bar of his game!!

I am so sick of hearing that "our O Line is banged up" That was 2 weeks ago! They are fine, they will be 100% come Oregon. They are our anchor, and I think Jarrett Lee is going to have the chance to flourish behind them.

You have an ALL AMERICAN POTENTIAL RB behind him, and a crazy pool of talent on the outside. You've got a beast in a TE, then you have our O Line.

yeah he really choked last year against UT and UF. He did the job that jefferson couldn't do to win those games. He's had a crazy ride and there are many bad things you could say about him, but he was the difference between 11-2 and 9-4 last year.
