We beat them at home last year. And they still had close to 500 yards in total offense too. They still gashed us.

Last year's team would win against Bama this year? Possibly, but probably a less than a 50% shot.
And last year's team lost to a significantly worse Ole Miss, granted it was on the road, but home field isn't what it used to be.

We go 11-1 easy, If we had Mett/Landry/Beckham/Hill. But that's like saying if I picked 01,04,18,20,45,07 tonight I would have won the Powerball.

They got most of their yards when the game was out of hand in the 4th. With 4 minutes go in the 3rd quarter the score was 28-7, and we had 3rd stringers in the game on defense.

That team lost three games and the schedule was much easier. Not sure how you arrived at this conclusion.
