Lane kiffin said #40 is the reason their offense failed.

Mentioned #40 as the reason they struggled like 3 or 4 separate times, he said #40 is different than anyone else on the field. He's right, Perkins killed Dart. Can't wait until Perkins learns the playbook and gets better at coverage. He will truly be a game breaking top 3 pick level talent. The kid is a better prospect than Devin White IMHO.

and the first two scoring drives, he didn’t play a snap. They put him in for the first time, halfway into their 3rd drive.

Big compliment from kiffin. Watching Perkins I can’t believe he’s a true freshman

Perkins is a guy you have to find a spot for no matter who you are playing. Sure, he may make a freshman mistake out there, but his play throughout the game will offset them.

The question now is, what will Saban/Bama do to try to stop him?

Kelly was kind of vague last night in his press conference regarding Perkin’s time on the field. I just don’t get it

Because they were still believing the matchup didn’t favor him.

They need to punt that thought from their head because it doesn’t matter the matchup because he’s just like the Honey Badger; he just takes what he wants and makes plays.

So.. The Harold Badger?

He doesn't know the playbook. Rumors are his highschool coaches have said he's not the brightest star in the sky when it comes to learning the playbook. It takes him a minute, he's only been on campus like 5 months. He works hard and will need a minute to wrap his head around everything. His instinct, motor, speed, and power are all NFL HOF level. He just needs to learn the scheme. He is our best pass rusher, that includes a 1st round pick in BJ Ojulari.

A Mississippi state fan friend of mine texted me after watching us yesterday and said it well

Harold Perkins doesn’t just play defense

Harold Perkins hunts down offensive players

Straight bad MF

Between #40 and the 2 starting O tackles this first class of BK starting to pay serious dividends

EVERYONE could see 40 was a difference maker

Can’t wait to see him spy against Bryce Young for 4 quarters. Have to pray our coaches have finally woke up and seen the light to make this happen

“Do YoU tHiNk U KnOw MoRe ThAn ThE CoAcHEs??”

In this case, yes. TigerDroppings posters easily called for Perkins to play more and great things happened because of it. Should’ve been plying earlier.. should’ve been playing against Tenn

Honey Badger at LB. Doesn't matter where he is he disrupts a play. I think it was a fair trade Matthews to TAMU for Perkins to LSU.

Something about not always fitting the scheme. Makes no sense. He’s a special player that you want on the field to start the game for momentum alone.

Yes, I'm absolutely sure that Kelly and Denbrock talked midway through the first quarter and said, "Maybe those geniuses on TigerDroppings are right. Let's try playing Perkins."

Slow down but he has a ridiculous amount of potential.

Devin Whites one of the best LB in SEC history,

Let Harold earn it

But lane literally brought him up on the first minute

Harold is a game wreaker and we need to design a scheme to have him and BJ on the field more together

Kelly speak for "Not always understanding the scheme." Doesn't alienate the player and his family as much.

Lawrence Taylor was not bright either and yet he was the most dominant defensive player of his generation, maybe all time.
