Well to be fair, Kwon was ready starting at OLB for us. And the Bucs first had him at OLB as well and was battling their starter, who is coming off a very good year for the Bucs and finished as the 16tg best OLB according to PFF. And Kwon pushed him for that spot and was getting rave reviews, but the guy he was competing with is a damn good LBer.
The Bucs have 2 very good OLB, but a weakness at MLB. They view Kwon as a top 3 LBer on the team and want to get him on the field so they move him to the middle. And remember the Bucs have Lovie Smith as their coach and he runs the Tampa 2 D. In that D, the MLB better be able to drop back deep into coverage. And Kwon can move. He's a good fit in the Tampa 2.

It was a pretty big steal. They took a raw, talented guy and realized all he was missing was some maturity and weight room. He could have easily fell further. Good on the Bucs getting a steal. Hope he does well. Going to be tough. That Bucs D is atrocious.
Best steal of the draft though was easily Collins. Love how other players were busted on drug tests and still went in the first round. He's completely innocent and goes undrafted. He got a great deal too. Cowboys is a solid organization and classy. They even did a little press conference for him. That 3 year contract is money. He'll be starting by then and will get a huge contract when it comes up.
