Where have you been then? Everyone has been talking about Jalen Collins getting burnt and taking bad angles. You are possibly the worst poster on this site.

Mills stays, Collins is replaced by Someone, Eugene bumps Martin, do a little something with LB while keeping Alexander and Barrow.

I think Thomas was playing a pretty good nickel.

lol what? he had 0 tackles and a 15 yard penalty

Do you watch the games yourself ?
Do you realize that when one DL takes on two online an that's good for the defense?
Do you not understand that pressure by dlineman while not always resulting in a sack is also a good thing for the rest of the defense?
Not to mention the guy is a true freshman.

Don't let me stop your derp roll though.

Anybody who says weight and muscle don't play a major role in football and thinks a 164 lb cornerback will not get manhandled in the SEC is a clueless... This isn't basketball

Jtfo you do know Robinson is 164 pounds and white is under 175 this has to be the stupidest article. How do you think Robinson would fare with a 230 lb gurley running at him or a 200+ lb reciever manhandling them off the line.

I'd rather get beat by Gurley than Murray.

It doesn't take much weight to tackle somebody especially the way corners tackle. They never meet anyway head on. Try again

Could this be a new attitude coming in with Cam? Maybe Miles was all about the seniority, and had a say in the defense? Now that Cam is here and has autonomy on O, he might be tossing out some suggestions for the D, and Chief may feel more comfortable asserting himself?

you are way overvaluing weight. This isn't the big cat drill...strength, speed, technique, angles, etc. are all factors in db tackling. RR will be ok...

mills and collins are sophomores and started last year as a freshman soooo why cant our highly talented freshman start this year?

exactly. While both Jalens are serviceable CB's, neither are the elite type we have had in the recent past. We may have those elite types sitting on the bench in Robinson and White. Even Dwayne Thomas looks like he could be an up grade.
Same goes for the Safetys.

Kleinpeter needs to stay off the sauce. But “sources close to the situation” seem to suggest a major shakeup? Could those sources be someone else that’s drinking the same shite he’s drinking? The same two cornerbacks who from last year’s great defense will be relegated to backup and bench, respectively? Kleinpeter needs to make up more believable nonsense than this? LSU was doing a lot of shuffling in and out of freshmen and backups and I thinks it’s best to leave at that then sell bullshite stories.
its a fact that white has taken Collins spot, unless Collins was Hurt....and white looked really good last night....mills on the other hand would be a huge surprise to me ......I think this guy has played lights out , and if RR can beat him out at this point then he must be one bad dude, and I can agree the safety position needs some improvement .....
