We are actually in much better shape this offseason than we were in 2011. More experience at WR, better RBs (which is crazy to think about),

ummmm. NO.......... And as much as you have BASHED Jarrett Lee, I am surprised you don't think we are better at QB than 2011........ Sorry to burst your bubble but this LSU team will be nowhere near as good as 2011....I hope I am wrong but...............

230 in September could easily be in the mid 90s

Yup that may suck,But hey AU has to play in the same conditions...And I am sure there are ALOT of other teams playing in the south that same day in the same type temps... But lets look at it another way...Would you rather us be like Vandy or UK and hardly EVER get a 2:30 game.....

Sad situation for both LSU and Auburn; it will well be in the 90s. CBS and both schools agreed to this as well as the conference. The welfare of the players, fans are in jeopardy with this kind of heat. CBS, LSU and Auburn as well as the SEC should be ashamed at doing this. Thanks for ruining a possible great weekend. Looks like 4 for sale in the lower bowl.

Damn it Fornette, this is all your fault. If you wasn't so damn good we could have just played our night games instead of those stupid arse primetime games. Now we have to play in front of millions of viewers.

I bet every player on the team would disagree. This is what most wanted, the limelight.

Is it ? That kind of heat/humidity make for a miserable experience for many fans....I would not fault anyone for selling their tickets/parking passes, as I certainly will !
For those that have little/no problem....power to ya and i hope Tiger Stadium will be rockin'

No we are equal at QB. After the 2010 season, we didn't know what we'd get in 2011 at that position. Also, yes, this team actually has much more going for it overall and with an easier OOC schedule. This team is equal or better in every spot except secondary going into the season.

It seems like you forgot how many players had to grow up during the 2011 season. We had just lost our best defensive back since Casanova, our consecutive 110+ tackle, 2010 All SEC MLB, and our 2010 1st team All American and All SEC leader of the DL in Drake Nevis. We lost our 1150 15 TD RB, and one of our 1-2 punch at WR. Neither JJ or Lee looked good in the spring game and Montgomery was coming off an acl tear.

They get plenty of exposure on ESPN.

Guarantee players like playing on Saturday Night

You have NO way of knowing this......

There is no way to base this on.....

and with an easier OOC schedule

This I agree with...
