WOW.......

Wow? Are you delusional? Did you forget the QB play during 2010 from a junior and redshirt junior?

JJ 56.5% 1411 yards 6.8 ypa 9 TDs 11 ints
Lee 60.7% 574 yards 6.4 ypa 2 TDs 1 int

That's with a 5* senior WR (85 rec 1241 yards 7 TDs before 2010) and a 5* sophomore (11 rec 178 yards 2 TDs before 2010). Our entire WR corps had less receptions, yardage, and experience than Randle prior to 2014.

That whole offseason the idea was both QBs suck but hopefully could pull together and play decent. That's kinda the outlook some have on this situation (however I think both have improved and will improve more).

You have NO way of knowing this......

I do know that we didn't lose two 1st team all Americans on defense, our All SEC MLB and 2 year leading tackler, our leading WR, and our leading RB like we did after 2010.

We actually bring back our leading WR....well, all the WRs, leading RB (1034 yards 10 TDs true freshman), and starting MLB among other things.

There is no way to base this on.....

We don't know what the future holds, but if you compared every position coming out of the spring in 2011 and this year, how would you rate them head to head based on experience and talent? Don't let bias of what happened in the 2011 season cloud your judgment.

We are pretty much decent QB play away from being playoff contenders. The rest of the team is set.

I love your outlook but I think you are setting yourself up for a letdown..... I hope I am wrong and LSU goes 11-1.... But I just don't see it after last year......

I won't hold that against you, but I don't get down on my team until we've played a few games. New year, a more experienced team, a more talented team, and a DL coach that has coached double digit all Americans and 7 first round draft picks (hint hint, every championship team has a top level DL).
