Either call could have been argued for and either would have been second guessed had it not worked out. It was 50/50.

You're just bitching to bitch.

End thread.
I can see him arguing against going for it whether they made it or not. CEO can't win with some of these folks.

Don't care that we made it - that was a stupid decision. I think we can all agree. Any other coach would have gone for it with 4th and less than a yard. You try to get more yards with a new set of downs, make it easier on your kicker, and end the game with little to no time left

How many times his year could we not get a single yard?

We couldn’t even avoid a safety against Syracuse.

The FG to take the lead was 100% the right call.

I can only imagine the shite O would be in had he gone for it, not made it and lost the game.

I’m in record as being a critical of O as anyone. But the OP is just an idiot.

You. Just. Don't. Get. It.

When the Tigers win, there is nothing that should have been done differently. Otherwise the result may not be the same.

When the Tigers lose you just need to understand that things don't work every time and that you cannot expect to win them all.

The coaches, or the coach can do no wrong.

But I agree OP you do have a valid point

No he doesn’t.

He said it was the wrong call and O fricked up.

Scoreboard proves he didn’t frick up.

The OP is a god damn moron

I doubt we make the first down, then all Auburn needs only a FG to win.

Ummm, if we didn't kick that 1st FG, Auburn didn't need shite to win; they would've still been ahead, 23-21.

It wasn't an awful decision, because it was an opportunity to take the lead and win the game; however, I thought we should have gone for it. Even making the FG, Auburn got an opportunity to beat us. I would have gone for it, but it's not as stupid a decision as you are making it out to be.

If we had gone for it and not made it, that would have been horrible ... you have an opportunity to win the game and didn't even get an attempt.

When did Les make a bone headed decision in his last 5 years that other top 20 teams dont make every weekend?

Fake news as usual in here.
But, Les was horrible at clock mgt!!

Yeah really, how many years ago? Tennessee Ole Miss? When was that probably when when you were still shitting yellow?

Did you watch Sumlin against Arkansas a few weeks ago? Do any of you watch other teams every weekend make huge clock mgt mistakes?
Even Saban cant say he was any better than LSU in Miles' last 5 years at the helm on clock mgt.

But thats ok keep bringing up Les in a negative light in here. All the man did was win more than anyone in this league minus Saban, put more in the NFl than anyone, no sanctions and no personal issues to harm the brand.

He didnt quit on his team or quit for the NFL or the Big 10. He didnt call hookers while preaching the gospel or invent a disease and run away. He didnt screw another coach's fiance. Until someone wins more at LSu than he did why dont you quit dogging him in here daily.

Does it make you feel cool that youre ignorant to what it takes to coach as long as he did in this league?

Interestingly, Saban is known for being "procedure oriented" and not "results oriented." In fact, he said that when he made this realization, he became a much better coach.

Why? If he goes for it and fails, the whole Rant implodes and calls for O’s head asking why he isn’t kick it.

This site reaches a whole new level of stupid everyday. It baffles me
