Stansbury. He's nothing special himself but he has the advantage of following JJ so he'll look like Coach K to us by comparison.

if he had no connection to LSU would you want him? He's done a fine job where he's at, but I don't see a need to hire within the family this go round

His teams play good defense. Whipped Vandy's butt 71-48 a couple of weeks ago. But they turn around and lose to Georgia State the next game. They're 10-3 on the season. I talk to some guys at the club who know Kermit well and say he's a great coach, but of course they're biased. He does pretty well with what they have to work with - MTSU's a terrible place to try to recruit people to.

I say we call Coach K and Bill Self and make them tell us know. Then we offer either Kermit or Randy Livingston and call it a day.
