He didn't exactly eat against Houston or UK and I would put our D up against theirs even with injuries or suspensions. He's pretty much checked out of this college thing. We'll be fine.

The surgery isn't to repair anything. An orthopedic surgeon once told me that surgery is to remove scar tissue between the tibia and fibula.
The sprain isn't in the ankle itself. It's actually tears of the much larger and stronger tendons that hold the lower leg bones together and the connective tissues surrounding them.
That's why rest is a must for it to heal properly and completely. If scar tissue builds up in such a small space, it causes big problems and lots of pain.

Yeah roll your eyes you uneducated fricking mouth breather. 100 bucks says you never attended LSU or any other university.
If you keep fricking around playing with a high ankle you risk serious injury to the syndesmosis. If the syndesmosis is ruptured you need surgery to correct positioning so that the ligaments can heal in the proper position. Once again, Einstein, a high ankle sprain is not the same injury as your fat arse gets trying to hop down out of your jacked up penis envy truck that you've never actually taken off-road.
Why don't you, I don't know, try reading something before you show everyone what a fricking retard you are.

If Key was suspended, why was he on the sideline during the A&M game? I thought you could not travel with the team if you were suspended

Fournette's ankle must be messed up bad
If it's a high ankle sprain it will not really have a chance to heal until the season is over.

Really?
Im no medical expert but what da fuq can they really do surgically for a sprained frickin ankle????
Obviously you are no medical expert. Surgery is done all the time for "sprained frickin ankles".
Sprain just means damage to ligaments. That can be anywhere from slight bruising to a total tear.
In a high ankle sprain what is damaged is a membrane that holds the tibia and fibula together and thus is crucial for stability the ankle. The syndesmosis can be damaged by itself, and it is also often damaged with ankle fractures. It is pretty routine to fix it with a screw (or two) or a suture bridge.

From personal experience, I can tell you that high ankle sprains are frustrating as heck. After weeks of healing, you think it's back to normal. Then while jogging you step on even the slightest imbalanced area, and the ankle gives again. The ligaments get so stretched that the ankle is no longer stable. So surgery often times is needed to "tighten" the ligaments. It flat out sucks.

LF needs to sit, try to heal for the combines and workouts.
There is no need in him playing at 10 in the morning in a bad bowl. If Brossette, Guice and Williams cant handle it against UL we got other problems.
Beckwith will hurt, but if there is ever a time I feel good about him out...the emergence of Alexander lately, the speed of White, and the play of Riley, Adams and Thomas should keep Lamar under a little bit of control.

I think....maybe....you have some anger issues. Get someone qualified to help you get the stick out of you arse.
Or is that something that might require surgery as well....being an uneducated mouth breather and all...Im not sure.

I heard it's an ACL for Beckwith
Not sure it's an acl. He had dinner at my work this past week and he was moving around pretty well.
Cool story....I know.
I've never had an acl issue but I'd think you would have a limp or need to be on crutches.

This concerns me as well. This is looking more and more like a deception intended to delay questions concerning coach O's possible problems with team discipline (i.e. Fornette's scuffle with a Florida assistant). Why announce Key was injured instead of suspended?
