Peoples- #1 edge coach
Davis- #1 interior coach
Scott- elite secondary coach

They’ve been absolutely elite so far. If we go get Karl Scott, it’s game over.

Not only are these cats gonna pull in the top players consistently but also develop them once they’re here.

The dudes we’re gonna get will match the talent on the offensive side. Truly impressed

I agree that these are good hires, but BK also hired House, Cooks, Steeples, and Polian.

kelly has made solid hires wherever he's been. and if he's made a hire that didn't pan out, he fired him. y'all act like elite coaches don't make hiring mistakes from time to time.

just last season, half this board wanted denbrock gone and saying house was saving games.

fast forward 1 year and the defensive output was downright disgusting...........so he fired the bad links. aslo have to consider when kelly was hired. early december?? i mean, money talks, so you can try to convince people to leave positions etc, but the timing wasn't ideal for him to get onboard, try to salvage a recruiting class in a matter of weeks and hire perfect coordinators and position coaches. and again, the ones who he hired that have failed, are gone. time to move on to the new staff instead dwelling on who he hired in his first few months on the job. at least he recognized the problems, and fixed them. you'd think LSU fans would be a little happy about that considering we watched Miles never make changes for over a decade.

It took BK two years to properly figure out Louisiana and the deep south, especially east Texas. Now he's perfectly aligned except for a DB coach and OC or TE. He's definitely working on creating a super staff.

With those hires and the recruits coming in… it seems like Kelly to Michigan if Harborough leaves is unlikely… right?

Is there a site that ranks position coaches?

It never was likely. Stop believing what a hack reporter from texags says.

And? No one said the man is perfect. Some of you act like your shite doesn't stink and you expect nothing but perfection from LSU coaches. It's really tiresome.

Can someone clarify the Karl Scott situation to me.

Is the buzz just because he coached for a year at Tech with Baker or has their been actual speculation from "insiders" that the two sides have shown interest?

He would have to win a national championship with this defensive staff to make up for the one he pissed away with Daniels. Anything short of that is unacceptable.

His company is called Matrix Analytical.
