Redbirds field in Memphis is a great idea. Lots of different sec fans around Memphis and a great park.

Hoover Met is a great spot and I know all the eat spots around by now. Concessions were wildly overpriced, but I simply avoided them beyond water.

As far as no merchandise being in the shops in Hoover, don't people typically bring their stuff with them? I never go on a road trip for LSU and think, "Man, I could use some new gear from a shop that couldn't care less about LSU."

My concern was that with the Barons getting their new downtown park, the Hoover Met would begin to be dilapidated. Far from it. Still well organized (barring the concession lines clusterfrick on the concourse), and the bullpens being moved to the outfield were a nice touch.

Needs to be a four site rotation. Wouldn't mind it to be played at Zepher stadium.

Didn't slive just say that had a deal for like 15 years in Hoover? Or was he talking about some other contract that I'm mixing in. I know he talked about it.

I believe the current contract (which was renewed last year) is through the 2016 Tournament. Could be 2017, but not later than that.

Memphis isn't any farther than hoover. Probably closer actually. And auto zone park is bad arse.

This, please.

Redbirds stadium plus location to the rest of the conference makes obvious answer obvious.
