What gets me about Finebaum’s continued retorts to Carville is that he keeps harping on the Saudi Arabia analogy which was a minuscule aspect of Carville’s comments. This is an effort to distract from the legitimate points that Carville made.
If I was Carville I would want another segment with Finebaum to call him out for waiting for him to hang up before ripping into him instead of doing it face to face. It’s obviously because he wanted his retort to go unchallenged.

Good job! It’s not about calling Paul, it’s not about tuning in and watching that shitshow. I constantly takes shots at other fan bases and teams. I can’t stand his two punk arse friends he’s got in there either.
But here’s the deal, the more noise we make, the more we’re heard.
Stopping now would kill the momentum and that’s unacceptable. How often do you get that much media on your side in a situation like this?
Alabama wants this to go away, the more Finebaum smerks and laughs at our allegations the more he downplays our point.
Frick that, listen to us and talk about this shite on every show. The more of a case we help build, the more the bama faithful squirm, the harder we should press.
The juice IS worth the squeeze.

Finebaum and bama fans really believe they should get the advantage of the refs being on their side. That they deserve it since they're such a great program.

The mere fact that Paul Finebaum is TELEVISED on the SEC Network(Owned by ESPN) instead of being a local or statewide Alabama radio show just goes to show the Alabama lean of the SEC. Is there any other SEC teams personal apologist on the SEC Network?

That slimy worm always dismisses legitimate points that Carvel or any non Bama fan makes after they hang up as just the ramblings of homers or he will interupt the caller and divert the main point over meaningless sub context elements that have little to do with the main point
You can make solid point after point just to have him dismiss the whole thing without him making any legitimate arguements to contradict the points you just made
Its a common tactic these talking heads use when they are on the wrong side of an issue
