Call me crazy, but Lee's four INTs is why we lost the game. Also, his completition percentage has steadily dropped each game this year. He's only improving if your definition of improving is playing worse.

Ignorant post of the day.

i disagree, your post is the most ignorant post of the day....

if you're going to blame the WRs for dropping maybe 5 passes this game, then you must give them credit for all the passes that they caught that were bad throws... there were way more "bad passes" that were caught by the WRs than "good passes" that were dropped...

even JL's completions were off...

and you say he's improving??? proof please...

Look at his stats man, he's either getting worse or at best he's not improving...

He makes poor decisions and is inconsistent, but I would expect that from a RS freshman. It is the poor throws that bother me. He should know how to throw the ball at this point and I am not taking about 15 to 20 yards down the field. I am taking about screens to the rb and te. I also blame the coaches for leaving him in to long. Look how they did against SC, he didn't play great, but with Hatch coming in, it gave him a break to clear his head. Now it is all on him. It shouldn't be, cause Jefferson should play, but I am not the coach.

To me the one thing that does not seem to be improved is his ability to look off recievers or read the progressions yet. He probably didn't have to do much of it highschool because defenses just don't react as fast. It seems to me he throws better down field on moderate to longer passing routes than he does on the 15 yard outs or even the 10 yard outs because maybe those are more timing routes that he just has not been able to grasp "yet".

Lee needs to learn how to tackle! If he is going to throw off his back foot into double coverage he needs to learn how to tackle. His lineman give more effort than he does. He could have picked up the first down by running late in the game, instead...he mangina's out and throws into double coverage to no one!

I think we all know that Lee hasn't played anywhere near the way he needs to if he is going to be starting at LSU.

I hope that Coach Miles will give Jordan Jefferson a chance to show what he can do these last few games of the season, at least give him a few series to spell Lee in games!

I think we have to hope that either the light comes on for Lee in these last few games, or Jefferson can come in and show that he is the future at the QB postion, or we risk being in the same position this time next year!

Yes, I know that we have Russell Shepard coming in and with him enrolling early it should put him ahead of the freshman curve, but we cannot expect him to carry this team on his shoulders. Now I think he is a world class talent who the sky is the limit for, but this is the SEC. I do think that he is going to be able to step in and make some game changing plays as a freshman!

Tigernation needs to hope either the light comes on for Lee in the next few games or Jefferson can come in get some snaps play well, and get prepared to lead this team for next year. I do think most fans lean to the second one of those happening! Lets just let this season play out and hope whoever is taking the snaps can do some good things and win some games!
