What is Williford's status for Thursday night's game?

We really can't afford any more serious injuries along the o-line.

He was talking in class and seemed pretty confident that he would receive a medical hardship.

Shea Dixon says that Miles is also confident.

They'll grant him the medical. Can you imagine next years oline with him back? Assuming he recovers fully, they'll be stacked again!

I don't see the NCAA denying him. He won't play a snap all season

I am not saying they won't, but given the fact that he has had a regular redshirt year with no medical waiver involved, I would not be surprised if it is not granted.

If Stephen Garcia can play at South Carolina for 15 years Josh can get a 6th at LSU.
