Especially when you look at the fact that our last three head coaches have won a national championship and two of them are verifiable morons. We don't need Orgeron, or any particular coach.

I don't know about the running with the shirt off deal but O does need to learn when to shut his mouth. We went from a coach that you couldn't get any information out of to one that spews way too much. There have been others aside from the Pelini deal and the defense being better than Aranda's.
If I'm Woodward, again maybe its not the running with the shirt off thing, but it seems like the man is on vacation a lot and accessible to the public quite a bit. I know I know - he has to have a life outside of football but last year you had all of the pictures from the casino pools and beaches then we went 5-5 and he's admitting he didn't do his best job hiring people. Here we are again with him constantly showing up on social media in destin and elsewhere taking pics with people. What other coach do you see doing that as much? The optics just look bad considering they appear to be similar to last off season just without the pics of his gf leaking out.

As I recall a lot of posters on here were pumped that Pellini was coming back, me included based on what he did here before. No one counted on him mailing it in and not giving a frick.

COVID or not, Coach O was full of himself last season and he didn’t handle a lot of stuff well on and off the field last year.I feel like he is focused this year and fixing his mistakes.

I do often wonder who Woodward’s play would be if it came to it. I think he could reel in Jimbo Fisher which would be sweet from a rivalry standpoint but I think he would aim elsewhere

This is old news. It’s well known that O and Woodward don’t like each other and Woodward has his eye on being President of LSU. He’s just looking for his good reason to get rid of O but at the same time if O wins then Woodward can’t do shite.
