I agree.
I have never understood the incredible hype some people on this board (JJ fans) have given an absolutely mediocre under achiever but this issue has nothing to do with football ability.
We know Miles will start JJ when he is back on the team and I don't think JJ will be gone long, or should be. I would hate to see his football career at LSU end this way because of what happened, if it's limited to the information at hand.
My feelings on JJ the performer have nothing to do with my feelings on JJ the student athlete and I am tired of seeing "society" screwing up lives for fairly insignificant bullshite.

Each to our own, but 37 TDs, 4500 total yards, and 20 wins as a QB going into your Sr year while playing in the SEC does not equate to "an absolutely mediocre under achiever" career to me.
