They didn't explain much on TV but it looked like he may have been complaining that he thought Simmons was fouled in the act of shooting and they weren't giving him free throws

I assume he wanted the foul to be a shooting foul. Protecting Ben I thought it was a good move. He made a lot of good moves last night.

Ref told him several times to stop chirping and that he's done talking about it.

It was a really weak tech. Calipari gets away with 10x worse shite than that.
The worst call of the night was whatever the frick they called on Quarterman's put back which they took away then UK goes down the court and nails a 3, 5 point swing just like that. Would have put UK away there earlier than we did.
Even the announcer immediately said "Thats an awful call, no need for that"

Simmons had just driven the lane and was fouled.
I thought it should have been a shooting foul, but it was called on the floor.
My guess, is that is what he was arguing. No way to tell though.

Yeah and Coach Cal was as quiet as a church mouse.
That tech and 2 early fouls on Ben were absolute horseshite. Plus UK bench was given 2 warnings

Cal does get away with worse. They gave him a warning to stay in the box and next time would be a T. Then when he did it again, THEY GAVE HIM ANOTHER WARNING. Like the TV guys said, did they tell him this time we're not kidding? Second time should have been a T. Isn't that the way official warnings work

But when you're trying to win a big game, and the ref tells you to STFU, and you instead keeping chirping, that's how you blow games.
Got to know when to let it go, it was a losing argument from the start.

shite like this is so annoying. You just want to talk shite about CJJ so you say something like that. The refs could have called 10 times as many fouls as normal. Just because UK plays too aggressive and fouled themselves out, does NOT mean we got any favorable calls. Cal got 2 bench warnings, was on the court so much foot stomping, and Johnny gets a tech. The ref walked over to LSU's bench and Johnny was talking to him. The ref could have easily either a) given a warning or b) walked away from the bench. It was horseshite.

It was a bullshite technical. Calipari was repeatedly warned about the coaching box to the point that they stopped play twice because of it. He should've be T'd up both times after the warning.
