I feel really bad for these two guys, I hope everything turns out in their favor.

I just think its a unfortunate situation. It could have happened to anyone, but I think they are receiving more scrutiny than deserved, however; they are football players who play for a big time college program.

In my opinion, this is a situation where the hypocrisy of the NCAA is shown. The general public treats the situation like these guys are professional players, however; they get rewarded the same as all student athletes. You think if this was the swim team, this would be as big of story as it is?

I know football players receive special treatment, but at the same time they have to be careful because any type of special treatment can lead to an NCAA investigation.

What is shocking to me is how fast these photos went up. What is wrong with people that they stalk folks to make sure they are the first to post these things? If you are in school, you need to be studying and going to class. If you are working, work. If you are neither, find something productive and positive to do. Not this...

Justice is served. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Now, all you people who thought boosters were going to pay off people so JJ and others could play, you obviously don't know jack about LSU football.

He could have killed or severly injured the other guy by his actions regardless of who started it.

I agree that he could have seriously injured maybe even killed someone, but he could have also been seriously injured if he didn't take the action that he did (or at least felt like he could have been).

Its possible the only realistic way the situation could have been avoided was if they would not have even gone out that night, but that's not very realistic.

Although you couldn't see much at all from the video, I did get the assumption that they were not piling on the "victim" with the intent to do serious permanent damage, it was more like a "teach this guy a lesson" type fight. Again, that's just my opinion.. But right now, its done and the police did their job and proper action has been taken.

The OP says 5k. Which is it?

Quick break-down of the Bail-bonds system.

When Bail is set that is the amount to be paid to court for your release. You can pay bail directly and you would pay $5000, which you would get back, less court costs after appearing in court.

If you call a bail-bondsmen, he puts up the $5000 for you (if you don't show to court) for this service he charges 10%. Or $500.

If you don't go to court, the bail-bondsmen is responsible for your bail, or apprehension. Hence bounty hunters.

End Hijack, just saw some didn't get this.

Should i request admin, or will you do it yourself?
