LSU is okay at the moment, especially when you look at the other $70 million hires. Just wait and see how the season finishes out.

The bottom line is that you give an extension to a coach who is in high demand or who could potentially be lured away to another school. Nobody is coming after Orgeron at this time. We have no reason to believe that he would leave for a job elsewhere. Therefore, he doe not warrant a contract extension.

Yea he needs an ext and a raise for doing his "dream job" while not another fricking school in the country would hire him. Definitely needs a raise and an extension to prevent those other Universities from taking him.

I don't believe I am wrong. I firmly believe that Herman will bring Texas back and I also believe that Jimbo will win more at A&M than Special Ed will at LSU.
If you seriously believe that Orgeron deserves a contract extension, then you're part of the problem.
